In 2007, following on from Scotland in 2006, England and Wales introduced legislation to make almost all enclosed public places and workplaces smokefree. 

The smoking ban has been with us for five years and whilst there's no legal requirement on Employers to provide a smoking area, many of our clients understand the benefit of doing so. A designated smoking area is better for staff morale and is better for the company's image - you don't want your clients to have to wade through the huddle of smokers on the doorstep when they visit your premises.
